Lameness Evaluations

Lameness workups begin with a thorough history of your horse and a clinical examination. The goal of the appointment is to first localize the source of pain (that is causing the lameness) with the help of gait evaluation, lower limb flexions and peri-neural blocking. With the help of different diagnostic modalities (digital radiograph, digital ultrasonography, bone scan, and MRI) we are able to better determine the specific injury and design a therapeutic plan to help your horse heal and return to his normal work.
